Consent and purpose
We collect personal data only for the purposes above, with your consent or to perform our contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect work already done, and we may then be unable to continue the service.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our website, software, files and email, under contracts that require them to protect the data.
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Your Chartered Accountant or other advisers, when you ask us to.
- Government portals (such as the GST portal), only when filing on your instruction.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff sign in with two-factor authentication, access is limited to the people working on your account, and access is logged. We never ask for or store your net-banking passwords.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while you are a client. When the service ends, we give you an export and delete our copies within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, and to nominate someone to act for you. Write to the contact below; we respond within 90 days, and usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.
