Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@closewell.in before your next billing date. You will not be charged again. Work for the month you have already paid for is completed and delivered.
Refunds
| Situation | What we refund |

| You cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we have not started work | The full amount |
| We have started work for the month | No refund for that month |
| You paid yearly and cancel | Unused full months at the monthly price, less the yearly discount already given |
| You were charged twice or in error | The full extra amount |
| Catch-up work, once started | No refund for months already worked on |
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show the credit. GST charged on a refunded amount is adjusted with a credit note.
